Health and Welfare
In most locations, employees can select from a variety of health, life, and disability plans to create a customized package of coverage just right for you and your family. Generally, coverage begins on the date of hire. In many locations, AECOM provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). AECOM offers a merit-based scholarship program for employees' children who have been accepted or are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. The scholarships are renewable for up to four years for students who remain in good standing.
